Die obe- re Grillplatte kann nicht in das Gehäuseunterteil eingesetzt werden und umgekehrt. Untere Grillplatte einsetzen Die untere Grillplatte ist mit LOWER gekennzeichnet und hat am hinteren Ende eine Öffnung, um das Fett in die Tropfschale abfließen zu lassen.
Vorbereitungen Obere Grillplatte einsetzen DE Die obere Grillplatte ist mit UPPER gekennzeichnet. Hängen Sie die Grillplatte in die unteren Rasthaken am Gehäuseoberteil ein. Drücken Sie die Grillplatte wie abgebildet an, bis sie deutlich hörbar einrastet.
Bedienung und Betrieb Tropfschale einsetzen DE Schieben Sie die heraus- nehmbare Tropfschale (17) in die rückseitige Öffnung im Gehäuseunterteil, bis sie einrastet. Abstand einstellen Der Abstand zwischen den beiden Grillplatten kann in Abhängigkeit der Dicke des Grillgutes über den Abstandshalter eingestellt werden. Drehen Sie den Drehknopf 4 (4) so, dass der Abstandshalter beim Schließen des Deckels sicher auf der gewünschten Stufe der Auflagestütze (15) liegt.

Bedienung und Betrieb Allgemeine Hinweise DE ■■ Reiben oder pinseln Sie die kalten Grillplatten vor jedem Gebrauch mit Speiseöl ein, damit die Speisen nicht an der Grillplatte anhängen. ■■ Die Speisen sollten Raumtemperatur haben. ■■ Bedenken Sie, dass gefrorene Speisen eine längere Garzeit benötigen und dadurch austrocknen können. ■■ Um besonders gute Ergebnisse zu erzielen, heizen Sie den Grill vor, bis die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist und die Bereitschaftsanzeige (7) leuchtet.
Bedienung und Betrieb Sandwichpresse DE ■■ Für Sandwichs können Sie jede Brot- bzw. Toastsorte verwen- den. ■■ Wenn Sie mehrere Sandwichs gleichzeitig zubereiten möch- ten, müssen diese die gleiche Dicke haben, damit ein gleichmäßiger Kontakt zu den Grillplatten gewährleistet ist. ■■ Um den besonderen Bräunungseffekt zu erreichen, drücken Sie den Griff leicht herunter. Dies verstärkt den Kontakt zu den Grillplatten.
Bedienung und Betrieb Gerät betreiben DE Einschalten Setzen Sie die Tropfschale (17) ein, wie im Kapitel Tropf- schale einsetzen beschrieben. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Steckdose. Drehen Sie den Timer (6) auf Position „I“. Die Netzkontrol- le (8) leuchtet. Stellen Sie mit dem Temperaturregler (9), je nach Speise, die gewünschte Temperatur ein (siehe Kapitel Bedienelemente). Lassen Sie das Gerät nach dem Einschalten vorheizen.

Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, wie im Kapitel Einschalten beschrieben. Legen Sie die Speisen auf beide Grillplatten (11). Grillen Sie die Speisen bis zur gewünschten Bräune/Garstu- fe. HINWEIS ►► Wenden Sie die Speisen häufig für gleichmäßiges Ga- ren; Fisch und Fleisch möglichst nur einmal wenden, um das Grillgut nicht trocken werden zu lassen.

Beachten Sie den folgenden Hinweis, um eine Beschädigung zu vermeiden: ►► Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Grillplatten weder kratzende Reinigungsmittel noch Metallbürsten, Nylonbürsten oder andere kratzende Gegenstände. ■■ Das Gerät muss nach jedem Gebrauch gereinigt werden. ■■ Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach der Verwendung, sobald es abgekühlt ist.
Störungsbehebung Gehäuse DE Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch oder Schwamm ab. Für die regelmäßige Pflege und auch für die Beseitigung hartnäckiger Flecken an Edelstahlteilen empfehlen wir Ihnen die INOX-METAL-POLISH Politur von BEEM. Preparing Preparing Inserting/removing grill plates EN NOTE ►► Observe the marking on the grill plates. The upper grill plate can not be inserted to the lower housing part or vice versa. Inserting the lower grill plate The lower grill plate is marked with LOWER and there is an opening on the rear for fat to flow into the drip tray. Push both supporting hooks into the appropriate recesses at the back of the lower part of the housing. Press the grill plate down until it engages audibly.
Preparing Inserting the upper grill plate The upper grill plate is marked with UPPER. EN Hang the grill plate onto the lower supporting hook on the upper part of the housing. Press the grill plate down as illustrated until it engages audibly. WARNING Danger of injury or possible damage if the grill plate is not correctly secured! An incorrectly secured grill plate can fall down when opening or closing the lid which may lead to burning or damage. ►► Check that the grill plate is securely fixed.
Operation and function Insert drip tray Push the removable drip EN tray (17) into the opening on the back of the lower part of the housing until it engages. Setting the gap The gap between both grill plates can be set using the spacer and is dependent on the thickness of the food to be grilled. Turn the rotary knob (4) so 4 that the spacer sits securely on the desired support (15) when the lid is closed. 15 Opening the lid The appliance can be used as an open grill.

Operation and function General notes ■■ Before using, rub or brush cold grill plates each time with EN cooking oil to prevent food from sticking to them. ■■ Food should be at room temperature. ■■ Remember that frozen food requires longer to cook and can also dry out. ■■ To achieve the best results, preheat the grill until the required temperature has been reached and the standby lamp (7) lights up. ■■ Carefully monitor grilling and regulate the temperature – if necessary.
Operation and function Sandwich toaster ■■ You can use any sort o bread or toast bread for making sand- EN wiches. ■■ If you wish to make more than one sandwich at the same time, they must have the same thickness so that contact to the surface of the grill plate remains even. ■■ In order to achieve a particularly good browning effect, lightly push the handle down. This increases the contact with the grill plates.

Turn the timer (6) to the "I" position. The power indicator (8) lights up. Use the thermostat (9) to set the required temperature for the food you wish to cook (see section Operating elements). Allow the appliance to heat up after switching on. The operat- ing temperature is reached in approx.

Mettre en place la plaque de gril inférieure La plaque de gril inférieure est identifiée par LOWER et est pourvue à son extrémité arrière d'un orifice permettant de faire écouler la graisse dans le bac égouttoir.
Préparations Mise en place de la plaque de gril supérieure La plaque de gril supérieure est identifiée par UPPER. Accrochez la plaque de gril dans les crochets inférieurs de la partie supérieure du boîtier. FR Poussez la plaque de gril de la manière indiquée dans l'illustration jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'encliquette audiblement.
Utilisation et fonctionnement Mise en place du bac égouttoir Poussez le bac égout- toir amovible (17) dans l'ouverture arrière dans la partie inférieure de l'appareil jusqu'à ce qu'il s'encliquette. FR Régler l'écart L'écart enre les deux plaques de gril se laisse régler en fonction de l'épaisseur du produit à griller au moyen de l'écarteur. Régler la température souhaitée en fonction des aliments à cuire à l'aide du régulateur de température (9) (cf. chapitre Eléments de commande).

Allumez l'appareil de la manière décrite au chapitre Mise en FR marche. Mettez les aliments sur les deux plaques de gril (11). Grillez les aliments jusqu'à l'atteinte du degré de brunisse- ment/cuisson souhaité. INDICATION ►► Retournez fréquemment les aliments pour assurer une cuisson régulière.

Pour éviter tout endommagement, veuillez respecter la consigne suivante: ►► Pour nettoyer les plaques de gríl, n'utilisez aucun détergent récurrent ni brosses métalliques en nylon ou autre objet grattant. FR ■■ L'appareil doit être nettoyé après chaque utilisation. ■■ Nettoyez l'appareil après l'utilisation, dès qu'il est refroidi.
Dépannage Boîtier Nettoyez le boîtier avec un chiffon humide ou une éponge. Pour l'entretien régulier et pour éliminer des taches tenaces sur les parties en inox, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser l'agent lustrant INOX-METAL-POLISH de Beem. Cet agent lustrant redonne aux appareils leur brillance d'origine.

Voorbereidingen Bovenste barbecueplaat plaatsen De bovenste barbecueplaat is met UPPER gekenmerkt. Hang de barbecueplaat in de onderste vergrendelingshaken aan de bovenkant van het huis. NL Druk de barbecueplaat als afgebeeld aan tot hij duidelijk hoorbaar vastklikt.
Bediening en werking Druppelbak plaatsen Schuif de uitneembare drup- pelbak (17) in de opening aan de achterkant van het onderste huisgedeelte tot hij vastklikt. NL Afstand instellen De afstand tussen de twee barbecueplaten kan afhankelijk van de dikte van het te bakken product met de afstandhouder worden ingesteld. Draai de draaiknop (4) zo- 4 danig dat de afstandhouder bij het sluiten van het deksel veilig op de gewenste trap van de steun (15) ligt.
Bediening en werking Bediening en werking In dit hoofdstuk staan belangrijke instructies voor de bediening van het apparaat. Veiligheidsinstructies NL WAARSCHUWING Bij gebruik van het apparaat in strijd met de voorschriften kan er persoonlijk letsel of materiële schade optreden! Neem afgezien van de principiële veiligheidsinstructies alle in dit hoofdstuk vermelde instructies in acht om gevaar te vermijden. ►► Leg geen brandbare stoffen op de barbecueplaten of in de buurt van het apparaat.
Bediening en werking Algemene opmerkingen ■■ Smeer of wrijf de koude barbecueplaten vóór ieder gebruik met spijsolie in zodat de levensmiddelen niet aan de barbecueplaat vast gaan zitten. ■■ De levensmiddelen moeten kamertemperatuur hebben. ■■ Houd er rekening dat bevroren levensmiddelen een langere NL gaartijd nodig hebben en daardoor kunnen uitdrogen.
Bediening en werking Sandwichpers ■■ Voor sandwiches kunt u ieder soort brood gebruiken. ■■ Indien u meerdere sandwiches tegelijk wenst te bereiden moeten die dezelfde dikte hebben zodat er voor een gelijkmatig contact is gezorgd. ■■ Om het bijzondere bruiningseffect te verkrijgen drukt u de NL handgreep iets omlaag. Dit versterkt het contact met de barbecueplaten.
Bediening en werking Apparaat gebruiken Inschakelen Plaats de druppelbak (17) zoals beschreven in het hoofdstuk Druppelbak plaatsen. Steek dan pas de stekker in een stopcontact. NL Zet de timer (6) op „I“. Het voedingscontrolelampje (8) brandt. Stel met de temperatuurregelaar (9) afhankelijk van het ge- recht op de gewenste temperatuur in (zie hoofdstuk Bedieningselementen). Laat het apparaat na het inschakelen opwarmen.
Bediening en werking Werking als open barbecue Klap het deksel (2) helemaal open als beschreven in het hoofdstuk Deksel omklappen. Schakel het apparaat in als beschreven in het hoofdstuk Inschakelen. Leg de levensmiddelen op beide barbecueplaten (11). Bak de levensmiddelen tot ze zo bruin/gaar zijn als gewenst.
Reiniging en verzorging Na gebruik ■■ Schakel het apparaat uit. ■■ Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. ■■ Grove vervuilingen bij warme barbecueplaten met een houten spatel verwijderen. NL ■■ Laat het apparaat afkoelen en reinig het als beschreven in het hoofdstuk Reiniging en verzorging. Reiniging en verzorging In dit hoofdstuk staan belangrijke instructies voor de reiniging en verzorging van het apparaat.
Reiniging en verzorging Reiniging ATTENTIE Beschadigingen van de anitaanbaklaag door krassen! Het oppervlak van de barbecueplaten heeft een antiaanbaklaag. Neem de volgende instructie in acht om schade te voorkomen: ►► Gebruik voor het schoonmaken van de barbecueplaten geen schurende reinigingsmiddelen of metalen borstels, nylon borstels of andere krassende voorwerpen. NL ■■ Het apparaat moet na ieder gebruik worden gereinigd ■■ Reinig het apparaat na gebruik zodra het is afgekoeld.
Verhelpen van storingen Huis Veeg het huis met een vochtige doek of spons af. Voor de regelmatige verzorging en ook ter verwijdering van hardnekkige vlekken aan rvs onderdelen adviseren wij het gebruik van INOX-METAL-POLISH van BEEM. Dit middel geeft de apparaten hun oorspronkelijke glans terug. INOX-METAL-POLISH is in tubes verkrijgbaar en niet alleen geschikt voor pannen maar ook alle andere voorwerpen van roestvrij staal, chroom, messing, koper, aluminium, zilver en ook voor harde kunststoffen.

Instructies voor opslag/afvalverwijdering Instructies voor opslag/afvalverwijdering Opslag Wanneer u het apparaat gedurende een langere periode niet nodig heeft, moet het als in hoofdstuk Reiniging en verzorging beschreven worden gereinigd om schimmelvorming te voorkomen. Schimmels kunnen vlekken en schade aan het apparaat veroorzaken die niet meer verwijderd kunnen worden. NL Afvalverwijdering Dit product mag binnen de Europese Unie niet als huisvuil worden weggedaan.
