Crumble
Ingredients:
600 g of our –
1 pinch of salt –
400 g of sugar –
400 g butter –
a little cinnamon, as required –
Weigh the ingredients into the mixing bowl
in the above-mentioned order. Insert the
kneading hooks and the scraper into the
appliance. Switch on the appliance and
stir the ingredients. The crumble dough is
ready when it looks crumbly. Spread the
crumbs onto the fruit on the cake.
Cleaning and care
Before beginning work, pay attention to
the safety instructions in the section Safe-
ty instructions (page 17)!
Cleaning the appliance
Switch off the appliance and pull the plug
out of the mains socket.
Clean the stirring tools, the scraper, 
the spatula and the mixing bowl with
warm water and washing up liquid or
put them into the dishwasher.
Wipe the hand mixer and the mixer 
stand with a damp cloth.
Dry all parts thoroughly before reas- 
sembly.
NOTE
The mixing bowl, stirring tools, ►
scraper and spatula are suitable for
dishwashers.
Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance
for a longer period of time, clean it as de-
scribed in the section Cleaning and care
Cleaning and care (page 25).
Store the appliance and all accessory
parts at a dry, clean and frost-free loca-
tion, which is protected against direct
sunlight.
