Chips disc
(see image A5)
The chips disc (11) is particularly suitable
for cutting potatoes for making chips or
vegetables for making vegetable sticks
e.g, for the wok.
For this, proceed as follows:
Put the spindle attachment (10) onto
the drive spindle of the motor unit (4)
(detail A).
Put the jug (7) onto the motor unit (4)
with the handle to the right and turn
the jug clockwise until it audibly snaps
in (detail B).
Put the chips disc (11) the spindle at-
tachment (10).
Put the jug lid (6) onto the jug (7) and
lock it by turning it clockwise until it
audibly snaps in (detail D).
NOTE
Make sure that the jug (7) and ►
the jug lid (6) are seated properly,
otherwise the appliance cannot be
operated (safety switch).
Put the food to be cut into the lling
shaft of the jug lid (6).
Insert the plug into the mains socket
and turn the rotary switch (5) to im-
pulse or continuous operation.
Push the food downwards with the
pusher (8) until the lling shaft is
empty (detail E).
CAUTION
Observe the maximum operating ►
time of 2 minutes.
Allow the appliance to cool down for ►
1 minute.
Relling:
Switch off the appliance.
Take out the pusher (8) and ll the
shaft of the jug lid (6) with more food.
NOTE
Pay attention to the maximum lling ►
quantity in the jug (7).
Before emptying the jug, remove the ►
chips disc (11).
Juice extraction
(see image A6)
NOTE
The appliance is not suitable for ►
processing fruit and vegetables con-
taining starch (e.g. bananas).
Only process fresh fruit and veg- ►
etables because they contain more
juice.
If the peel of the fruit is thick and ►
hard, remove it before juice extrac-
tion.
In order to extract as much juice as ►
possible, press the pusher down
slowly.
Fold down the handles and put the
base part of the juice extractor (3)
onto the motor unit (4) and turn the
lower part (3) clockwise until it audibly
snaps in (detail A).
