Squeezing citrus fruits
(see image A4)
To squeeze citrus fruits such as lemons,
oranges or grapefruits, proceed as follows:
Put the spindle attachment (10) onto
the drive spindle of the motor unit (4)
(detail A).
Put the jug (7) onto the motor unit (4)
with the handle to the right and turn
the jug clockwise until it audibly snaps
in (detail B).
Put the collecting bowl (9) onto the jug
(7) and lock it by turning it clockwise
(detail C).
NOTE
Make sure that the jug (7) and the ►
collecting bowl (9) are seated prop-
erly, otherwise the appliance cannot
be operated (safety switch).
Put the grater attachment (9) onto the
spindle attachment (10) (detail D).
Insert the plug into the mains socket
and move the rotary switch (5) to im-
pulse or continuous operation at MIN
level.
To extract juice, push the halved fruit
onto the grater attachment.
CAUTION
Observe the maximum operating ►
time of 2 minutes.
Allow the appliance to cool down for ►
1 minute.
NOTE
Pay attention to the maximum lling ►
quantity (1200 ml) in the jug (7).
In the case of larger quantities, ►
empty the collecting bowl periodically
to prevent overowing.
Reversible grating/cutting discs
(ne and coarse)

The blade side of the reversible discs is
well suited for all kinds of vegetable slices,
e.g. carrot and cucumber slices for salads,
potato slices for gratin or fried potatoes or
for white cabbage and pepper slices for
white cabbage salad.
The grating side of the reversible discs is
particularly suitable for grating cucumber
(e.g., for zaziki), potatoes (e.g. for potato
pancakes) or soft cheese (e.g. for soufés
and pizza).
To cut/grate food, proceed as follows:
Put the spindle attachment (10) onto
the drive spindle of the motor unit (4)
(detail A).
Put the jug (7) onto the motor unit (4)
with the handle to the right and turn
the jug clockwise until it audibly snaps
in (detail B).
Put the one of the cutting/rasping
discs (11) onto the spindle attachment
(10) with the rasper or blade edge
pointing upwards.
Put the jug lid (6) onto the jug (7) and
lock it by turning it clockwise until it
audibly snaps in (detail D).
