Safety switch
The appliance is equipped with safety
switch and can only be operated when the
steamer jug is correctly placed on the mo-
tor unit and the jug has been lled with the
minimum quantity (see marking on the jug).
WARNING
Before using each time, check the ►
function of the safety switch. Switch
on the appliance with the lid on but
without ingredients. If the motor turns,
the safety switch is defective and the
appliance may not be used.
Putting on/taking off the lid
(images A1 and A2)
Put the lid onto the steamer jug with the 
locking latch slightly raised (image A1).
Turn the lid on the steamer jug clock- 
wise in the direction of the to lock it
(image A2).
Open the lid by turning it anticlockwise 
clockwise in the direction of the to
unlock it (image A2).
Take the lid off the steamer jug. 
