1145 Preemption MES is prematurely clearing the mobile-
originated call which is in the process of
being established because the MES user
has initiated a call from a terminal which
is authorized to automatically pre-empt an
existing mobile-originated call
1146 Normal. MES is prematurely clearing the mobile-
originated call which is in the process of
being established because the MES user
has abandoned the call (by placing the
originating terminal "on-hook")
11A0 LES is clearing the call because the credit
card being used is not valid (at this LES)
for calls to the country indicated in the
"service address" information received
from the MES
11D1 Inconsistency
in designated
outgoing

information
and subscriber
class.
LES is rejecting the call because the
"Service Nature" and/or "Service Type"
and/or "Channel parameter" information
received from the MES is invalid (e.g., not
