INSTRUCTIONS

START HERE

The goods:(6) 5”x3”x1” foam blocks,

(4) 5/16” x 3” bolts

The tools: ½” wrench or socket with ratchet

STEP 1.

AFTER INSTALLING THE RIV NUTS INTO THE BED, ACCESS MOUNTING POINTS

Fully extend the unit to access the mounting points on the cross members.

STEP 2. INSERT SPACER BLOCK UNDER EACH MOUNTING POINT Slide a spacer block under each mounting point as illustrated below. Secure the (4) spacer blocks closest to the cab with the supplied 5/16 x 3” bolts. PLEASE NOTE: The (2) spacer blocks placed under the tailgate end cross member and will not be secured.
