JEEP JK HEADLINER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
COVERS: HLJK072DRK, HLJK074DRK, HLJK07FTK, HLJK112DRK, HLJK4DRK, HLJK11FTK
1. Read all instructions before installing.
2. Removal of the hardtop is recommended, but not required.
3. Lay parts out to check the placement of the individual panels to the corresponding position
on the hardtop.
4. Using a clean lint-free cloth, clean the attachment surface of the hardtop using isopropyl alcohol.
If the cloths become visibly soiled, replace them with clean ones.
NOTE: THE ATTACHMENT SURFACE TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE 68

ORDER FOR THE ADHESIVE STRIPS TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM ADHESION. ALSO,
NEVER CONTAMINATE THE ADHESIVE BY TOUCHING IT WITH YOUR FINGERS.
5. Beginning at one side of each headliner panel, remove release liner from the adhesive strips
and place the panel up to the hardtop. Press firmly to ensure all the adhesive strips are thoroughly
attached to the hardtop.
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for the rest of the headliner panels.
7. Reinstall the hardtop, if removed.
