What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Faults resulting from improper handling, misuse, act of God (such as flooding), incorrect
installation of the navigation unit, improper noise suppression of the vehicle, tampering, static discharge, improper repairs, [water]
damage, or mechanical damage are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is invalidated in the case of repairs or tampering on the
part of the buyer or unauthorized third parties. Also, incidental and consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Service? If you discover a functional defect in your Traffic Assist Highspeed, you must contact us at the number
below within 3 days of your discovery of the functional defect and then you must send the unit postage paid with a full written
description of the problem and a copy of your original purchase receipt to:

We will inspect your Traffic Assist Highspeed to determine whether the functional defects are covered by the warranty. If it is covered,
we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit and return it to you [free of charge]. If we find that the unit is not covered by the
warranty, we will return the unit to you, [COD for the shipment and handling charges.]
How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.
