Settings
• You can use &ORFN to configure the
GMT time sent by the satellite in
terms of its format and the current
time zone.
The time only needs to be set so that
the Cascade can supply navigation
information correctly on routes with
time-dependent route guidance. Set-
ting the time also ensures that antici-
pated times of arrival are announced/
displayed correctly.
Calling up the system settings

Audio
The Audio section includes system
settings for audio mode.
GAL (speed dependent volume)
GAL is a control circuit on the Cascade.
This control circuit automatically
increases the volume of the Cascade
depending on the speed of the vehicle.
You can define the extent to which the
volume should be increased depending
on the speed of the vehicle here.
X Select $XGLR in the system settings.
X Select 6SHHGGHSHQGHQWYROXPH.
X Turn the rotary control/push button
to select the required value.
