Port number: Switch port number to associate with the MAC address in a
MAC entry
VLAN ID: If tag-based (IEEE 802.1Q) VLANs are enabled, static MAC address
can be associated with individual VLANs. Type the VID in this field to associate
with the MAC address.
Click Add to add a new entry. Click Delete to remove a specified entry.
The MAC entries in this table can be sorted by clicking the column NO / MAC /
PORT / VID / TYPE.
MAC Filtering
MAC address filtering allows the switch to drop unwanted traffic. Traffic is
filtered based on the destination MAC addresses.
MAC Address: MAC address that wants to be filtered.
VLAN ID: If tag-based (802.1Q) VLAN are enabled, type the VID in this field to
associate with the MAC address.
Click Add to add a new entry. Click Delete to remove a specified entry.
The MAC entries in this table can be sorted by clicking the column NO / MAC /
PORT / VID / TYPE.
