The Beamz Player laser based musical instrument uses low power laser beams to sense the
motion of your hands while performing. These lasers are designated as “Class 2”. This is the
same level of laser light used for standard grocery store scanners. The lasers are of such low
power that they cannot cause any harm to skin. Additionally, the laser power is so low that eye
injury is not possible unless someone stares in the beam source.

Do not stare into beam
Adults should initially explain the hazards to children and ensure that children use the product
properly.
Remove rings, watches and other shiny jewelry prior to use to prevent reflection of the laser
beams toward the eyes of operators or spectators.
Do not insert head between the U shaped laser brackets. This action could allow direct eye
exposure by the lasers.
Do not insert any shiny objects or mirrors in the beam path.
Do not attempt to reflect the lasers out of their normal path.
If U shaped laser brackets are bent or broken such that the lasers are not terminated on the
other side of the U, do not operate the product.
