The status LED indicates the terminal registration state or any error conditions:
RED YELLOW GREEN
ILLUMINATED
• No signal
• Not registered
• No SIMcard
DTR present on data

Red/Yellow - Short circuit on SAT antenna input
Red/Green - Short circuit on GPS antenna input
Red/Yellow/Green - System error
Yellow/Green - Short on “Instant Message or Ring alert/Audio
system mute” output*
* NOTE: The Red or Black wire of the “Instant message port” or “ring alert / audio system
mute” wrongly connected to positive supply voltage input could cause over-current
condition. The output will be automatically disabled when this condition is detected, and
an error written to the log.

Firmware upgrade mode
• In rmware upgrade mode STATUS LED will turn solid YELLOW. All
other LEDs will be o. Entering this mode will be accompanied by a
long beep followed by three short beeps.
Transceiver (USB bridge) mode
• In this mode all LED’s will ash GREEN.
