appropriate actions. The following alerts could occur during operation of the Thuraya WE and
will be displayed in the System alerts section of the app.

18. Thuraya Support personnel requested me to extract and send me log files from the
Thuraya WE. How do I get that?
The Thuraya WE is equipped with diagnostic logging capabilities useful for Thuraya Support
personnel. The log files are not for end users to use or interpret. Follow the procedure
below to download the log files:
Via the IOS App.
a. From the Dashboard, navigate to the "Diagnostics" view
b. Tap "Logs"
