The PleurX catheter and starter kit contains the items needed for catheter placement as well as discharge vacuum bottles with patient education and training
materials to help ensure a smooth transition to a home or alternative care center. The PleurX catheter kit contains the components needed for catheter placement and
initial drainage. The starter kit ensures patients have the drainage supplies they need upon discharge and includes training materials to help patients and caregivers
confidently drain at home.
