Enables or disables 32-bit data transfer.

2.3.5 IDE Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set or change the congurations for the IDE
devices installed in the system. Select an item then press <Enter> if you wish to
congure the item.

Congure SATA As [Standard IDE]
Onboard IDE Operate Mode [Enhanced Mode]
Enhanced Mode Support On [S-ATA]
OnBoard Serial-ATA BOOT ROM [Disabled]
IDE Detect Time Out (Sec) [35]
Congure SATA As [Standard IDE]
Sets the Serial ATA conguration.
If you want to use your Serial ATA like a Parallel ATA physical storage interface,
select the Standard IDE option.
Conguration options: [Standard IDE]
Onboard IDE Operate Mode [Enhanced Mode]
Disables or allows selection of the IDE operation mode depending on the
operating system (OS) that you installed. Set to Enhanced Mode if you are using
native OS, such as Windows
®
2000/XP/2003 Server.
