Regulatory Standards
VIASYS Healthcare systems meet the following
standards set by domestic and international regulatory
agencies:
• UL 2601
• CSA 22.2 M90
• IEC 601-1
• EN 60601-1
• EN 60601-2-26 for Medical Electronic Equipment
• IEC601-1-1
Networked systems meet the standards listed above for
leakage and Hi-pot.
To meet these standards when systems other than
VIASYS Healthcare systems are connected to the
network, the following type of wiring must be used:
• Twisted pair wiring port connected to the network
board.
