Operation
Once installed and programmed, SMDR call recording operation is automatic.
To activate SDMR Printout – Accumulated Extension Data:
1. A system phone, press the CALL key.
OR
At single line telephone, lift handset.
2. Dial 721.
3. Dial Extension Number, or skip for All Extensions.
4. Dial #.
5. Press SPK to hang up.
To activate SDMR Printout – Accumulated Group Data:
A system phone, press the CALL key.
OR
At single line telephone, lift handset.
1. Dial 722.
2. Dial Extension Number, or skip for All Extensions.
3. Dial #.
4. Press SPK to hang up.
To activate SDMR Printout – Accumulated Account Code Data:
1. A system phone, press the CALL key.
OR
At single line telephone, lift handset.
2. Dial 723.
3. Dial Extension Number, or skip for All Extensions.
4. Dial #.
5. Press SPK to hang up.
