Getting Started

If you regularly perform
unsupervised
transfers, talk to your
system administrator
about Transfer Recall.
Performing an unsupervised transfer
To perform an unsupervised transfer:

Ask the caller to please hold while you transfer them.

Press FLASH.

When you hear a dial tone, enter the User ID of the
targeted user.

Hang up.
Note
If the target user is unavailable, as with a supervised
transfer, the transferred call proceeds to either voice mail or
operator assistant.
Transferring Directly to Voice Mail
To transfer calls directly to a voice mailbox.

Press FLASH.

Press

Enter the User ID of the targeted user.
The caller is transferred to the target user’s voice mailbox.

Hang up.
