Disconnect negative battery terminal.
STEP 2
• With BBK Full Length Headers (part #’s
1642/0/5 or 1633/0/5) installed, lift the X-Pipe in
place.
• Adjust the position of the exhaust system for
fitment and clearance. Tighten the clamps and
collector nuts.

• Connect the supplied oxygen sensor extensions
to plugs at the wire harness on the sides of the
transmission. Reconnect the battery and start
engine to check for leaks.
• Remove the rear oxygen sensors from the stock
mid-pipes and install them into the BBK X-Pipe.
NOTE!!!
Be sure to add a small amount of
anti-seize to the top thread of each oxygen
sensor using the supplied anti-seize packet.
As you thread the oxygen sensor back into
the part the anti-seize will spread evenly
throughout the threads.
• Position the X-Pipe collector flanges up to the
headers, connect headers and X-Pipe with
studs supplied in the header kit.
• Line up the rear of the X-Pipe with the stock
barrel style clamps and slip them over the
reduced end of the X-Pipe.
