Follow these instructions carefully to ensure correct fitment and operation.

STEP 1 
STEP 4 
•  Disconnect the negative battery terminal, raise 
the front of the vehicle and secure with jack 
stands. (Be sure to use proper safety 
precautions when supporting the vehicle). 
STEP 5 
STEP 2 
•  Install new serpentine belt. (Dayco #5060595 or 
Gates #K060594). 
•  Loosen the (3) 7/16” bolts which hold the stock 
pulley/balancer to the crankshaft hub. However, 
do not completely remove yet. Carefully remove 
the serpentine belt per factory instructions 
•  Re-assemble the new pulley, balancer/stock 
pulley and crank hub using the supplied 7/16” 
bolts, lock washers, and flat washers as shown 
in the diagram. Torque the bolts to factory 
specification (Approximately 60-80 ft/lbs). 
STEP 3 
STEP 6 
•  Note the position of the line-up mark on the 
stock pulley/balancer, this will be lined up with 
the ¼” diameter hole on the BBK pulley when 
re-installed. 
•  Now completely remove the (3) balancer/pulley 
bolts while holding the pulley securely to avoid 
dropping or damaging the pulley. 
•  Carefully lower the vehicle, reconnect the 
negative battery terminal and start the vehicle, 
making sure the belt is aligned properly.
