Not Applicable. No possibility of drift or off-placement desposition of the product 
from crack and crevice use since the formulation is a thick, syrup-based paste 
and the active ingredient is non-volatile (vapor pressure = 1.5E10(-9) mm @ 
20°C).

rabbit: Mild skin irritation.

rabbit: Minimally irritating.

 Imidacloprid did not cause any significant specific adverse effects or target 
organ toxicity in subchronic toxicity studies.

 Imidacloprid was not carcinogenic in lifetime feeding studies in rats and mice.

 Imidacloprid did not cause reproductive toxicity in a two-generation study in rats.

Assessment 
neurotoxicity 
 Imidacloprid showed slight behavioral and activity changes only at the highest 
dose tested in neurotoxicity studies in rats. There were no correlating 
morphological changes observed in the neural tissues.
