Add user The “Add user” option is presented any time less than 8
optional users are defined. Select #1, “Add user,” from the
User Management Menu. The RPC-3 or RPC-3A
responds:
Enter username (<= 8 characters) >
Enter the name of the user to be added, followed by a
carriage return <cr>.

NOTE User name is case sensitive.
The RPC-3 or RPC-3A resumes the User Management
Menu including the added user.
Delete user NOTE Deletion of admin user is prohibited. If an
outlet user is deleted and is logged in at the time, the
outlet user is disconnected.
Select #2, “Delete user,” from the User Management Menu.
The RPC-3 or RPC-3A responds:
From menu above, enter number for user to delete
Enter the number that corresponds to the user to be deleted,
followed by a carriage return <cr>.
The RPC-3 or RPC-3A resumes the User Management
Menu excluding the deleted user.
Change IMPORTANT If enabled, the unit provides
Password independent enabling of username and password,
allowing outlet users access to assigned outlets by
