Replacing a Power Supply
You need a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the power supply ventilation cover.
1 Remove the power supply ventilation cover.
Caution
Do not operate the BlackDiamond X series switch without the power supply ventilation
cover in place. This cover is required to maintain conformance to FCC emissions
regulatory requirements and proper EMI levels for the switch.
a Loosen the retaining screws at the top corners of the cover panel.
b Pull outward on the retaining screws to tilt the cover panel away from the front of the chassis.
