Syslog Group Parameters
This section describes the parameter in the Syslog Group Parameters window.
Parameter: Enable
Default: Enable
Options: Enable
| Disable
Function: Enables or disables the syslog facility on the router.
Instructions: Set to Disable if you want to disable the syslog facility on the router. Note
that even though the syslog facility is enabled by default, you must use
Site Manager to configure a remote host and enable associated filters
before the syslog facility can filter and forward messages.
