Listing MIB Objects
You can display MIB object names and their associated identifiers using the
list
command. When you want to display or change a MIB value but do not know its
object or attribute name, use this command.
Enter the following to display a list of all MIB object names and identifiers:
list
You can also enter the following to display a list of attributes and their associated
identifiers, where [
<object_name>
] is the name of the object at the level above the
attributes:
list
[
<object_name>
]
Finally, you can display a list of instance identifiers using the
list
command. Enter
the
list
command with the following parameters to display a list of instance
identifiers:
list
[[
instances
] [
<object_name>
]]
or
list
[[
-i
] [
<object_name>
]]
[
instances
] or [
-i
] represents the optional key word
instances
.
[
<object_name>
] is the name of the object at the level above the attributes.
