Chapter 3 ROM Monitor Commands
To provide remote access to the Remote Annex 2000 ROMs:
1 From a site local to the Remote Annex 2000:
❑ Set the Remote Annex 2000 into test mode so the monitor
prompt appears on the console.
❑ Set the modem into auto-answer mode.
2 From the Remote Annex 2000 console port:
❑ At the monitor prompt, enter console-baud.
❑ At the Select baud rate prompt, enter the appropriate baud
rate or enter auto.
❑ Connect the modem to the Remote Annex 2000’s
console port.
3 From the remote site:
❑ Dial into the modem connected to the Remote
Annex 2000.
❑ Press until the monitor prompt appears.
