What to Do if the Remote Annex 2000 Fails
❑ If the problem is hardware-related, arrange for repair or
replacement.
❑ If the Remote Annex 2000 is covered under the original
warranty, contact the place of purchase to arrange for repair
or replacement.
❑ If the Remote Annex 2000 is covered under a Xylogics
Hardware Maintenance Agreement, contact Xylogics
Customer Returns at (617) 272-8140, x 307, for a Return
Authorization (RA) number. Please have your contract
number available when you call.
❑ When returning the Remote Annex 2000, please include the
Repair Information Request Form (see page C-11). If you
prefer, you can copy the form rather than remove it.
For information on purchasing a Hardware
Maintenance Agreement or Software Update
Agreement from Xylogics, see the insert in the
shipping container, or contact Xylogics’ Sales

If for some reason the Remote Annex 2000 is not covered under any
