Remote Annex Quick Start for Windows

To allow users to log on to the primary domain controller:
1. Choose Policies > User Rights.
The User Rights Policy window appears.
2. Select Log on locally from the Right field.
The Grant To box displays the names of all groups currently
allowed to log on locally.
