Selecting Next page from the first disk manager page will open the USB devices page. This page will display any USB devices
connected to the Vivid DVR.
Set status for this device selecting Export destination will reveal the ‘Set status for this device’ menu options.
Erase erases data from a USB device such as a memory stick
Export destination sets the connected USB device as the export destination for exporting configuration settings etc.
Stop stops the connected USB devices
Unused the device is not used.
Exit closes the Set status for this device menu options.
Selecting Next page from the second disk manager page will open the SCSI devices page. This page will display any SCSI
devices connected to the Vivid DVR.
Connecting SCSI devices
1. Ensure that the Vivid DVR is disconnected from the power.
2. Connect a supported SCSI device to the 50-pin SCSI connector on the rear panel.
3. Power up the SCSI device
4. Power up the Vivid DVR.
WARNING: Do not connect or disconnect SCSI devices while the Vivid DVR is powered up.
