How to use your DVS
The switchers operate in two different modes, MANUAL and
AUTO.
In MANUAL mode the LED in the AUTO key is not lit. Press the
numbered keys to view the corresponding cameras (any keys for
unused inputs can not be selected). Press the AUTO key to enter
AUTO mode.
In AUTO mode the switcher steps through the inputs in turn,
missing any unused inputs.
In AUTO mode the switcher stays with each camera for a set time
before changing, this time is called the dwell time. To increase the
dwell-time use a trimming tool and turn the DWELL pot on the
back of the switcher (see figure 2) anti-clockwise, decrease the
dwell-time by turning the same pot clockwise (see figure 3).
Exit AUTO mode by pressing any numbered key.
