Using and assembling the rotisserie
o You can use the rotisserie in the main and secondary oven.
o Place the food on the spit (L); making sure that it is placed
centrally between the two forks (F). Otherwise excess strain will
be placed on the motor (R).
o Place one end of the spit (L) onto support (G) and put the
opposite end into the hole of the motor (P).
o Fill the drip tray with a little water and place this under the spit
(L).
o Fit the grill deflector (S) into position and leave the door half
way open.
o Select one of the grill functions in the main or secondary oven
and then press the relevant rotisserie ON/OFF button. When
using the main oven, you will need to use the main oven
thermostat control knob to set the temperature that you require.
o To rotate the spit in the opposite direction, whilst wearing a
protective oven glove, turn the rotation knob (A).
