WATER SUPPLY
Supply: Cold water only
Tap: 3/4” threaded hose
connection
Water pressure: 100 - 1000 kPa (1- 10 bar).
INLET HOSE
1.
If no permanent filter is installed, the supplied
filter must be fitted into the threaded hose
connection.
2.
Connect inlet hose carefully, preferably by
hand, to the tap. Take care that the hose is
not kinked.
3.
Turn the tap(s) on fully and check that the
joints at the washing machine and the tap(s)
are watertight.
If the hose is not long enough, replace
existing hose with a pressure house (at least
10 bar,
EN 500 84 approved) of sufficient length.
Check the hose regularly for brittleness and
cracks and replace.
The washing machine may be connected
without an anti-back pressure valve.
Observe any special local regulations
regarding connection to the water supply.
WATER STOP WITH 7-FOLD
PROTECTION
The water stop systems protects your home
reliably from water damage. In the event of a
leak in the water supply hose or the
appliance, the water supply is interrupted.
The water stop hose valve box contains
electrical components.
Therefore, it must not be immersed in water.
If the valve box system is damaged, the
mains plug must be pulled out.
HOSE LENGTH
The hose equipment and valve box are
integral parts of the appliance. They house
electrical components and therefore must not
be cut or otherwise tampered with.
The standard length of the supply hose is
1.5 metres.
A special copper extension kit is available
from After-Sales Service or from your dealer,
if required.
