In the event of a Warranty claim
 In the event of warranty repairs becoming necessary you should return
your bicycle to your Authorised Batribike Dealer, (where you originally
purchased your Batribike).
 Original defective parts that are sent to the manufacturer for assessment
will be replaced by the same or equal value part.
 Delivery and collection charges are not included. These are borne by the
owner.
 Fallowgate Limited exclusively makes the decision whether or not the war-
ranty applies.
