ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD BEFORE DOING ANY ELECTRICAL WORK
ON THE BED. IF 3-PRONG POWER CORD IS DAMAGED, REPLACE IMMEDIATELY!

NO POWER
1. Check Outlet.
2. Unplug Power Cord and Check following . . .
a. Check Power Cord for damage or pinching.
b. Check short black, Control Box Cable for damage or pinching.
c. If any cables are damaged, replace immediately.
PENDANT NOT WORKING (BUT STAFF CONTROL WORKS)
1. Are functions locked out on Staff Control?
2. Check all Pendant and T-Cable connections.
3. Unplug Power Cord.
4. Unplug Hand Pendant from T-Cable.
5. Plug Hand Pendant directly into short, black Control Box Cable and test.
a. If Pendant works, replace T-Cable.
b. If Pendant does not work, unplug from short, black Control Cable;
unplug short, black Control Cable from Control Box; replug Pendant
directly into the Control Box. Replug Power Cord and test.
c. If Pendant works from the Control Box, replace the Control Cable.
(Please refer to page 26 in this Service Manual for replacement part #.)
STAFF CONTROL NOT WORKING (LIGHTS BLINKING)
1. Check all Staff Control connections.
2. Unplug Power Cord.
3. Unplug Staff Control Cable from short, black Control Box Cable.
4. Unplug Hand Pendant from T-Cable.
5. Plug Hand Pendant directly into short, black Control Box Cable and test.
a. If Pendant works, replace Staff Control Assembly. (Please refer to
page 26 in this Service Manual for replacment part #.)
b. If Pendant does not work, unplug from short, black Control Cable;
unplug short, black Control Cable from Control Box; and replug
the Pendant directly into the Control Box and test.
c. If Pendant works from the Control Box, replace the short, black
Control Box Cable. (Please refer to Page 26 in this Service Manual
for replacment part #.)
