Disposal
When the product has become unusable, you should dispose of it in accordance with the current
statutory regulations.
Disposal of used batteries
You, as the end user, are legally obliged (Ordinance on the Return and Disposal of Used Batteries) to return all
used batteries. Disposal in the household waste is prohibited!
Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the
symbols shown, indicating that they must not be disposed of in the household waste. The sym-
bols for the critical heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. You
can hand in your
used batteries at no cost at official collection points in your community, at our stores or any-
where batteries are sold.
You will thus carry out your legal obligations and contribute to the protection of our environment.
