8. Inserting/Replacing the Battery/
Rechargeable Battery
At a weak battery/rechargeable battery capacity, the LC display ”9” shows the battery icon “A”.
You should replace the battery/rechargeable battery.
1. Switch off the meter and disconnect it from any objects to be measured
2. Remove the two measuring lines from the probe sensor
3. Remove the cover “12” for the battery compartment on the rear of the probe sensor with a
small Phillips-head screwdriver
4. Remove the at batteries/rechargeable batteries from the battery compartment if present
5. Insert two new batteries/rechargeable batteries of the same type (see technical data) in
the battery compartment in the proper polarity
6. Close and screw shut the lid carefully again
