8. Getting Started
a) Connecting to a Computer
Check the device USB connector contacts (1) are
facing the contacts in your computer USB port or the
contacts on the supplied USB cable.
• To access the USB 2.0 connector (1), unscrew counter
clockwise, the two halves of the device as shown in
“Operating Elements”.
- Connect the device directly to a computer USB port.
- Connect the device to a computer USB port using the
supplied USB cable.
b) Charging the Battery
Charge the battery before using for the rst time by connecting
the device to an available USB port on your computer.
The device may become warm during charging, this is
normal.
