Only a ickering image is transferred:

• Thisiscaused,forinstance,bybacklightorreectingobjects

in the range of the camera. Find another place for the exterior

unit.

Loud whistling noises are played back:

• Acoustic feedback will occur when your smartphone or tablet

is too close to the exterior unit. Keep an adequate distance.

• For the purpose of testing purposes, cover the opening of the

microphone ofthe exterior unit witha lm of thick adhesive

tape to avoid an acoustic feedback effect.

No picture and no sound is received or transmission is dis-

torted:

• The distance between the exterior unit and the router is too

great or there may be too many obstacles between them (such

as walls, etc.). Reduce the distance to the router or use a net-

work cable for the transmission.

• Check your WLAN router and your network on proper func-

tioning.

Your smartphone or tablet cannot receive push messages:

• This function is possibly disabled on your mobile device or in

the app. Activate the function.

• Probably the app is not open. If this is the case, open the app

and try again.
