• If the door seal no longer reliably closes due to the accumulation of food residue, microwave radiation may be
emitted, posing a hazard to your health. After use, clean the product after use to prevent mould and pests as well
as the emission of microwave radiation.
• Cleanthedisplay,thebuttonsandthedialwithasoft,dampcloth.Preventthedisplay,thebuttonsandthedialfrom
gettingwet.Cleanthesepartswithasoft,dampclothonly.
• Removetheglassrotatingplatefromthecookingchamberandcleanitinwarmsoapywaterorinadishwasher.
• Cleantherollerringandtheoorofthecookingchamberperiodicallytopreventexcessivenoise.Useamild
detergenttowipethesurface.Cleantherollerringinwarmsoapywaterorinadishwasher.Ifyouhaveremovedthe
roller ring for cleaning, be sure to insert it again correctly before continued use. It must rotate easily.
• Neutralizeodoursinthecookingchamberbyllingamicrowavablecup(seechapter“Appropriatedishesand
kitchenutensils”onpage40)withwater,lemonjuiceandlemonpeelandboilingfor5minutesatfullpower.Then
wipe the cooking chamber dry with a soft cloth.
• After youhavenishedcleaningand drying all parts, reinsert the glassrotatingplateasdescribedunder “b)
Insertingglassrotatingplate/grillingplate”onpage42.
• Leave the door open until the cooking chamber has dried completely.
16. Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in household waste. Always dispose
of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
