14. Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause and solution
The product does not turn on. The
panel on the display is empty.
The plug is not properly connected to the wall outlet. Disconnect the plug
from the wall socket and connect it again after 10 seconds.

The wall outlet is defective. Plug in the product to another household power
outlet.
Thewalloutletisnotfunctioningproperly.Connectanotherdevicetothe

The product does not heat up.

The product does not begin

Checktoseeifyouhavesetthekitchentimer.
The glass rotating plate does not
rotate properly.
