n) Start time
Use this feature to set a start time when you want cooking to begin.
 Beforeyouusethisfunction,rstsetthetimeofday!
Always place the food in the microwave before setting the start time!
No start time can be set during hot-air operation with preheating.
• In standby mode, repeatedly press the button Power(power)toselectthedesiredpowerlevel(900W,750W,
450 W, 300 W, 150 W, 80 W). The display shows the “ ”symbol.
• Set the cooking time.
• ConrmyourentrybypressingthebuttonUhr/Programm(25)(clock/program).The“ ”symbolashes.
• Use the dial Zeit/Menü(23)(time/menu)tosetthestarttimehour.
• ConrmyourentrybypressingthebuttonUhr/Programm(clock/program).
• Use the dial Zeit/Menü(time/menu)tosetthestarttimeminutes.
• Press the button Start/Schnellstart(24)(start/quickstart)toexitset-up.The“ ”symbolandthesetstarttime
are shown on the display.
Press the button Start/Schnellstart(start/quickstart)within20seconds.Ifnot,thestarttimesettingwill
cancel.
• During the start time, press:
- The button Uhr/Programm(clock/program)todisplaythecurrenttimeofdayandthe“ ”symbolbriey.
- The button Gewicht/Küchentimer (20)(weight/timer)todisplaythe cookingtime beneaththestarttimefor
approx. 20 seconds The “ ”symbolashes.
• Press the button Stopp/Sperre(22)(stop/lock)tocancelstarttimeoperation.
• Assoonasthestarttimeisreached,themicrowaveoventurnsonautomatically.Cookingstarts.Insteadofthe
“ ”symbolandthestarttime,the“ ”symbolandthecookingtimecountdownaredisplayed.
o) Child safety lock
The child safety lock ensures that children or other unauthorized persons may not accidentally operate the device.
• In standby mode, press and hold the button Stopp/Sperre(22)(stop/lock)forapprox.3seconds.Abeepsounds,
thedisplaylightsupbrieyand“ ”isshown.AllbuttonsandtheZeit/Menü (time/menu)dialarenowlocked.The
microwave oven returns to standby mode.
• Press the button Stopp/Sperre(stop/lock)againforapprox.3secondstoreleasethechildsafetylock.Youwill
hear a beep and “ ”goesout.
p) Ventilation
• If cooking takes longer than 2 minutes, after cooking the fan switches on for 3 minutes to cool down the microwave
oven.
