6. Important safety information
• Only use the blender for its intended purpose. Using the blender for
any other purpose may cause injuries.
• This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience
and / or lack of knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received instructions on how to
use the device.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
device.
• The hand blender and the mains cable must be stored out of the reach
of children.
• Do not use the product in the vicinity of young children.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use. It is not suitable for
commercial use.
• Cleantheappliancewhenyouhavenishedusingit.Neversubmerge
the motor or the mains cable in water or other liquids!
• A damaged mains cable may only be replaced by the manufacturer, a
workshopcommissionedbythemanufacturerorasimilarlyqualied
person, so as to prevent any danger.
• Do not use the blender if the blade is damaged.
• The blade is sharp! Exercise caution when handling the blade,
emptying the mixing bowl and cleaning the appliance. There is a risk
of injury!
• Unplug the blender from the mains after use and before cleaning or
assembling the appliance, and then wait for it to cool down to room
temperature.
