8. Operation
• Make sure that the product is turned off. The switch must be in the middle position O.
• Connectthemainsplugtoastandardmainssocket.
• Select a nozzle that is suited for the application at hand. Place the nozzle on the air outlet.
• Usetheswitchtosetthepowerlevelwhichwilladjustthetemperatureandairow.
Switch position Stage 3 Temperature Power Air ow
Press down I 300°C 1000 W 500 l/min
In the middle O Switched off
Press up II 600°C 2000 W 650 l/min
• The product is suitable for both manual operation and stationary operation.
Manual operation:
Graspthehandlesothatyoucanoperatetheswitchwithyourindexnger.
Stationary operation:
Place the product in an upright position on the rear stand and lower part of the handle.
Make sure that the surface is dry and free from grease and dust. Otherwise, polluted air may be sucked into the
inside of the product. This may damage the motor.
• The shape of the nozzle, the distance to the object and the power level depend on the material and the desired
processing mode. Perform a test before beginning the job at hand.
9. Care and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
casing or stop the product from functioning properly.
• Disconnecttheproductfromthepowersupplybeforecleaningandletitcooldownsufciently.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product. To remove stubborn dirt, moisten the cloth slightly with lukewarm
water.
• Use a soft, dry brush to clean the ventilation openings.
