10. Operation
• Removethelidofthepitcher.
• Place one of the two attachments on the drive shaft.
Frothing Heating
• Place the drive shaft centred on the bottom of the pitcher.
• Pour fresh milk in the pitcher. Make sure you do not exceed the MAX level marked inside the pitcher.
- Lower MAX marking: Frothing
- Upper MAX marking: Heating
• Put the lid on the pitcher. Make sure that the rubber sealing ring is installed correctly.
• Put the pitcher on the base.
• Connectthemainsplugtoastandardmainssocket.
• Press the on/off switch.
- Press once: Froth warm milk (indicator lights up red)
- Presstwice:Heatmilk(indicatorashesred)
- Press three times: Froth cold milk (indicator lights up in blue)
- Press four times: Turn off the device
• The product turns off automatically after approx. 90 - 120 seconds. The indicator goes out.
• Let the product rest for at least 3 minutes before continued operation.
 Theheatingelementisinoperationwhiletheindicatorisredorashingred.
The operating time depends on the amount of milk.
Use cold milk from the fridge to achieve the best results.
