Selecttheuser-denedtrainingzone:
Press the SET button. The lower limit of the training zone and "LOW ZONE" will appear on
the display. Set the lower limit (30-120) using the SEL button.
Press the SET button. The upper limit of the training zone and "HIGH ZONE" will appear on
the display. Set the upper limit (40-131) using the SEL button.
Press the MODE button to exit the setting mode. All settings will be saved.
Training zone alarm
To enable or disable the training zone alarm, hold down the SEL button in training mode.
The symbol is displayed when the training zone alarm is enabled.
The alarm will sound when your current heart rate is not within the training zone.
High heart rate warning
If your heart rate exceeds 99 % of your maximum heart rate, an alarm will go off.
The alarm will stop when your heart rate drops below 99 % of your maximum heart rate.
d) Viewing fat and calories burned and your BMI
Intrainingmode,brieypresstheSELbutton."CALORIE"willbedisplayedatthebottom
of the display.
Use the SET button to toggle between the saved data.
Number of calories burned (next to "CALORIE" at the bottom of the display)
Fat burned in % (next to "FAT BURN" at the bottom of the display)
Body mass index (next to "BMI" at the bottom of the display)
You must enter the correct date of birth and weight, otherwise your fat and calorie
data will be inaccurate.
Fat burned is only calculated when your heart rate (training intensity) is above 120
BPM.
