: The timer counts down and then repeats the countdown.

: The timer counts up after the countdown time has elapsed.

: The timer stops after the countdown time has elapsed.

Using the countdown timer

• Press the SET button to start the timer. Press the SET button to pause the timer.

• When the timer has stopped, hold down the SET button for three seconds to reset the timer

to the preset countdown time.

• After the countdown time has elapsed ("00:00:00"), a beep will be played for 15 seconds.

Press any button to silence the watch.
