( ) is displayed when the hourly chime is enabled. When the hourly chime is enabled, the

watch will play a beep once every hour.

• Press the MODE button to exit the setting mode. All settings will be saved.

Hold down the SEL button to move through the values more quickly.

Enabling/disabling the alarm

Toenableordisablethealarm,brieypresstheSETbuttonwhenthealarmtimeisshownon

the display.

The symbol is displayed when the alarm is enabled.

Silencing the alarm

Press any of the four buttons to silence the alarm. All other button functions are disabled until

the alarm is turned off.

If the alarm is not turned off, it will go off again 5 times during the subsequent 9 minutes before

being automatically disabled.

c) Countdown timer

Whenthetimeisdisplayed,brieypresstheSELbuttontodisplaythecountdowntimer("TIMER"

will be shown at the bottom of the display). The standard setting is one minute (00:01:00).

Setting the timer

• Hold down the SET button for three seconds. "HOLD TO SET" will be displayed while you

hold down the button. Release the button when the countdown time is displayed and the

minutevalueashes.

setting.

• CongurethehourvalueusingtheSELbutton.PresstheSETbuttontosavethesettings

and select the mode.
