7. Changing the battery
a) Chest strap
Change the battery when the watch stops displaying heart rate data.
If you are not sure how to change the battery, consult a technician.
Use a coin to open the battery compartment on the back of the product. Turn the battery
compartment cover anticlockwise until you can remove it.
Place a CR2032 battery into the battery compartment in the correct polarity. The positive
terminal (+) must face outwards towards you.
Replace the battery compartment cover and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
b) Watch
Change the watch battery if the display is very weak or stops working.
If you are not sure how to change the battery, consult a technician.
Remove the four screws on the back of the watch.
Carefully remove the rear cover. Take care not to damage the seal.
Now you need to loosen the clamp that holds the battery in place, ideally using a sharp
object such as a paper clip or a needle. Insert the object into the small slot and then pull
the clamp out.
Then use the object to remove the battery from the compartment.
Place a CR2032 battery into the battery compartment in the correct polarity and secure the
clamp. The positive terminal (+) must face outwards towards you.
Replace the battery compartment cover and screw it in place.
Press the clamp until it clicks into place.
Finally, place the rubber sealing back into the slot (if applicable).
Place the rear cover back onto the watch and carefully screw the 4 screws in place.
