Sanding backing pad / Sanding disc

Use for sanding.
Tips:
• Use 24 or 36 grit for heavy stock removal; 50
or 60 grit for medium stock removal and 120
grit for nishing. Begin with a coarse grit, using
successively ner grits to obtain the desired nish.
Use light pressure and long, sweeping, side to side
strokes, advancing forward to produce the desired
nish.
• Sand with continuous motion, applying moderate
pressure.
• Use the entire surface of the sand paper, not only
the tip or sides.
• Always change worn sanding paper or the backing
pad can get damaged.
9. Cleaning and maintenance
Switch the product off and remove battery pack before assembly, cleaning, adjustments, maintenance,
storage and transportation.
• Regularly check for obvious defects such as loose xings, and worn or damaged components.
• Apart from cleaning, the product is maintenance-free.
Under no circumstances use aggressive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions to
clean the housing of the product.
• Do not emerge the product in water or any liquids.
• Use a damp, lint-free cloth to clean the housing of the product.
• Clean the ventilation openings (4) on the bottom and at the side cover of the engine with a suitable vacuum cleaner.
Clogged ventilation openings might cause the engine to overheat.
• Wipe the surface with a dry cloth afterwards.
